Cancelling appointments
If you cannot make or no longer need your appointment, please contact us to cancel it as soon as you can. You can do this by logging onto Patient access website, logging in with your account details and following the steps to cancel.
You can also telephone the practice on 01642 045830.
It is important to cancel your appointment to ensure we have enough time to offer the appointment to someone else who needs it. On average 190 appointments are wasted every month due to patients not attending or cancelling their appointment.
