Please note that we do not require you to provide ID, an address, or your immigration status in order for us to accept you as a patient, BUT you must live within our practice boundary area to be able to register with us.
If you are new to the UK please complete the GMS1 form with the date your arrived in the country.
Changes introduced nationally in April 2008 mean that patients will be registered with “a practice” rather than with a particular GP. You can choose to see any GP in the practice, but you will also be assigned with a ‘usual’ GP. This GP has overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides for you, but this does not prevent you from seeing any other GP in the practice. We are in the process of informing all patients of their named GP. Please note that we can make a note on your records if you prefer to see a particular doctor or nurse.
