The NHS Summary Care Record is an electronic record about your health. It can help give you safer and faster care by allowing staff caring for you in an emergency, or when your GP surgery is closed, instant access to information about your medication, allergies and past medical history.
You can choose if you want a Summary Care Record or not and will be asked this when you register with out practice.
