Booking Appointments Online

From July 1st 2019, all patients can now use book appointments online via the NHS App or via Patient Access. Please note that ID may need to be provided to the practice to verify you and set up your medical record for this activity. You can book either telephone call-back appointments, or arrange for face to face appointments with a variety of clinicians for a variety of different services. As well as booking appointments on Patient Access, you can also cancel existing appointments, view and order repeat prescriptions and view a brief summary of your medical record. https://www.patientaccess.com/

WHEN USING ANY OF THESE ONLINE SERVICES TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO BOOK:

The information below shows you which member of clinical staff can deal with the service that you require. If this guide is not followed, you will be asked to rebook your appointment with an appropriate member of the team and this will directly impact upon availability of appointments for other patients. Please note that we can only see ONE PROBLEM PER CONSULTATION. Some booking systems may ask for a short note about the nature of your problem; please make this as accurate and concise as possible as this is very useful to our clinicians. If you are unsure as to who to book your appointment with, then please contact the surgery instead and DO NOT book online; speak to our reception team on 01642 746800. Thank you for helping us to get you seen and to prevent any of our appointments going to waste.
